Simanjemanje Modern Construction was formed in 2005, with the sole purpose of delivering quality services in the building and civil engineering industry.

Stembele Braam Budaza-Bathembele, a Cape Town based entrepreneur, decided of building an independent, family owned construction company. A hands-on approach and direct contact with the end result users, forms the cornerstone of his management style.

Mr Bathembele is being assisted by a well experienced team on the different sites and the project office. Their skill includes construction and project management in the building and civil engineering industry.

This company built itself a good reputation with the development and building of subsidized housing projects, within the framework of the People’s Housing Projects (PHP), Bank Financed Houses, and Rentals.

The types of services that are being rendered by the company are that in the building and civil construction. The company therefore makes their services available to various organizations where work of the aforementioned nature need to be carried out is it for residential or industrial purposes.
